    im 12 years old and never worked out in my life.Now im starting and realized im realy out of shape.I mean im doin the puppies and i feel really exhausted.What should i do to help myself improve quicker.

    really i started the same way. if i were u i would strictly stick to the crossfit method and workout at least three times a week for about 3-5 months. From there begin to improve in specific areas do specialized training after each workout. Such as improving the pullup the pushup squat ext. I have been crossfiting for about i am fifteen and can do 51 pullups, clean 160#, snatch 115#, and deadlift over 225#. I started when i was twelve and i couldnt do a pullup, i could only clean 15#, I couldn't snatch, and i could dead a measly 5o# with bad form. So dont be discouraged it takes time but its all worth it in the end.
